Returns Policy

We understand getting the perfect fit in clothing can be tricky and we know finding the right fit to embrace your bump can be challenging at times. Rest assured, we completely understand!

To reduce the need for returns, prior to ordering we ask that you visit our Fitting Room & Size Guide page to check your measurements against our sizing. Please also check the item(s) details on the product page for any specific fitting information to help you make the right size selection.

If the item(s) you received does not bring you comfort, please return them to us for a refund or exchange.

Subject to the terms set out in our Returns Policy below, we will ensure exchanges are processed quickly or if returning a full refund of purchased price (excluding shipping costs). Please note all "Final Sale" items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.

Original Condition

Please note for items to be returned for exchange or refund they must meet the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the date of the order;

  • Item(s) must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage; and

  • Item(s) must have the original labels and swing tags intact.

  • Tights (hosiery/stockings) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Please see note 1 at bottom for further explanation of "original condition" if required.
     

    Exchanges

    If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@bubbabelly.com.au as soon as possible so that we can ensure we have your requested exchange item available. 

    Exchanging for a more expensive item means that you will be charged the difference. Exchanging for a less expensive item means that you will be refunded the difference. All refunds will be issued to you by the same method that payment was made.

    Exchange Instructions:

    1. Check your return item satisfies the Original Condition checklist.
    2. Contact us to obtain a Returns Form, complete and pack with your return item.
    3. Please include a prepaid satchel with all of your postage details filled out, your prepaid satchel will be used to post your exchange item back to you. If not provided standard postage will be charged to you.
    4. Post your return item(s) to:

    Please note: Bubba Belly is not responsible for missing incoming deliveries. Return postage feeds are not refundable.

       

      Refunds

       

      Change of Mind

      You may return item(s) for ‘change of mind reasons’ within fourteen (14) days of the date of your order for a refund processed using the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). Please contact us at info@bubbabelly.com.au for assistance.

      Return Instructions:

      1. Check your return item satisfies the Original Condition checklist.
      2. Contact us to obtain a Returns Form, complete and pack with your return item. 
      3. Post your return item(s) to:

      Please note: Bubba Belly is not responsible for missing incoming deliveries. Return postage fees are not refundable except for faulty items.

      Faulty Items

      While Bubba Belly inspects items to the best of our abilities when processing your order, if you believe the item is defective or damaged we are happy to help.

      Please note sizing is not a defect, we advise our customers to check their measurements against our sizing charts to ensure correct fit of item(s) ordered. Please also read the item description on our product page for all sizing and design details. Lightweight fabrics are not defective and should be worn with skin tone under garments to minimise transparency.

      If you believe the item you received is defective or damaged, Bubba Belly will gladly exchange the item if notified of the defect within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at info@bubbabelly.com.au for assistance.

      You may be required to email a photo of the defect so that Bubba Belly can inspect the item reported as defective. Once defect/damage is confirmed Bubba Belly will provide a replacement for the item(s) (subject to availability). Bubba Belly will not charge you for delivery of replacement item(s).

      In the case that an item is unavailable Bubba Belly will provide an exchange, credit note or full refund for the item(s). All refunds will be issued to you by the same method that payment was made. Defective/damaged items must be returned to Bubba Belly when requested. Postage costs (at standard rates) associated with returning a defective/damaged product to Bubba Belly will be reimbursed once items have been received by Bubba Belly.

      Return postage fees for faulty items will be reimbursed to you at the standard postage rate based on weight through Australia Post.

      Note 1:

      ORIGINAL CONDITION – i.e. in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and with incidentals included (spare buttons/waist ties). Bubba Belly reserves the right to deny your return item if the item does not meet these standards. Denied return items will simply be returned to you. Bubba Belly reserves the right to refuse returns if the item returned has been stretched out, smells of perfume or appears to have been worn. Please note that maternity tights(hosiery/stockings) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
