How do I track an order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing the tracking ID of your parcel that can be entered into the Australia Post website, where the order can be tracked.
What can I do if my order hasn't arrived?
Once the order has been dispatched, your tracking details will be emailed to you so you can track the item online. For all international orders, please check with your local Post Office. Your parcel may be waiting for a signature before delivery.
Alternatively, please contact our online store team between the hours of 9am - 5pm via email@example.com and we will assist in finding your order. In the case of a lost parcel, Bubba Belly will repost your purchase at no costs to you. We always ensure you receive your order.
The garment I ordered doesn’t suit me, can I return it?
We understand that shopping online isn’t always easy. You can return an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding freight) or an exchange. Item(s) must be returned in unworn/as new condition. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately we cannot make changes to orders once they’ve been processed, so please ensure you review all of your details before completing the checkout process. If you are concerned about your order please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and if your order has not already been processed we will do our best to assist you.
Can I purchase items to send as gifts to my friends and loved ones?
Absolutely, we always take the time to gift wrap our items so they are specially prepared for yourself or your loved ones. Please add a note in the special instructions box prior to check out letting us know the item(s) is a gift and the message you would like written on the gift tag. We will then email you the receipt and tracking information and send your purchase gift wrapped with your personalised message attached and leave out all the payment and pricing info. If exchanges are required you can always contact us for assistance at email@example.com
What if I receive a faulty item?
We always check your item(s) prior to sending to avoid this happening. However, in rare events when a fault has not been found please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can organise a replacement as soon as possible.
Can I pay via BPAY?
Unfortunately we cannot accept BPAY as a form of payment.
Can I pay using cheque?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept cheque as payment in any form.
Can I purchase a Bubba Belly gift card online?
Gift cards are not available to be purchased online. This is something that we are working on improving.
